Identifying opportunity is second nature to Neetu. Since the company’s launch in 2009, she has grown NITS Solutions into the data analytics partner of choice to their Fortune 500 clients. She is responsible for every aspect of the firm, from charting strategic business development to daily operations, including training, marketing and human resources.
Neetu’s career began in financial services, where she gained significant experience delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service. At Citifinancial, she managed the branch’s daily operations, helping to grow its portfolio, capture new accounts and expand market share. In addition, she worked as a Consultant for ADP-Ebanking.
Featured in Corp! Magazine, Crain’s Business Detroit and CBS Detroit, Neetu has also earn a number of awards and honors, including: Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Winning Women; Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year (semifinalist); Leaders and Innovators Award from Lawrence Technological University; and Inc. Magazine’s Top 500/5000 companies. She holds an MBA from Eastern Michigan University, a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from Eastern Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Guru Nanak Dev University, Punjab, India.
An integral part of NITS Solution since its inception, Prasad leads the Technology and Software Engineering teams. He oversees software development and provides strategic direction on all technology initiatives at the company. He also serves as the Chief Architect of the NITS Solutions software suite.
Prior to joining NITS, Prasad held vital positions at various technology firms, and has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing software. His extensive background includes a variety of relational and unstructured database systems, from transactional ERP systems to large-scale content databases holding billions of documents. As an innovation leader, he takes pride in designing fast and efficient data processing.
Prasad holds an MBA from Eastern Michigan University with an Outstanding Academic Achievement Award and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Walchand College of Engineering in India. He is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society, whose members are recognized as the Best in Business.
Shashank graduated from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business with a BSc in Finance in May, 2010. In his initial career, he worked as an investment banker focusing on cross-border transactions (strategic advisory, M&A, PE and Debt-Syndication) in various sectors. He was a key member of the strategic advisory team that worked with clients actively to formulate growth strategy. In his personal journey, Shashank transitioned into an entrepreneur and successfully founded and executed to two startups in the food &beverage and healthcare industry in India.
Since 2014, Shashank has been operating a boutique consulting firm that focusses on management, operations/supply chain and financial consulting. In 2016 Shashank graduated from the University of Michigan’s, Ross School of Business with a degree in Master of Supply Chain Management. He was class president during his time at Ross and graduated with distinction. Shashank also received multiple scholarships and a leadership award in his time at Ross. Most recently, he worked as a consultant for the Volkswagen Group of America to redesign and implement a cost effective and strategic solution for the end-to-end supply chain in accessories division. In his leisure time, he likes to pursue his hobbies which include flying (fixed-wing aircrafts), cooking and golfing.
Kim brings more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Prior to joining NITS, she held many positions at Ford Motor Company and Lincoln Mercury Sales Division in dealership and field strategy, marketing, customer communications, public relations and production forecasting. As our Sr. Marketing Manager, her wheelhouse strengths include relationship management, collaboration, and client delight which are clearly visible within the OEM programs she manages. She is also a “player coach” and knows how to help drive business results!
Spearheading several of our OEM wholesale marketing and incentive platforms are core to Kim’s direct management and successful program launches. She continually represents the company at OEM conferences and business forums and led NiTS’ corporate sponsorship of The Chad Tough Foundation at The University of Michigan with the Michigan Youth Flag Football League.
Kim earned her Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and MBA course work in Marketing and Finance at Lawrence Technological University. She lives in Northville, MI with her spouse and three children. In her free time, Kim likes to run, watch Michigan Football, and enjoys spending time watching her children play football, lacrosse, basketball and track!
Ken brings more than 17 years in the automotive industry. Prior to joining NITS, he led the development, execution and production of content-driven programs including, data-driven communications (digital & direct mail), integrations, remarketing, social platforms and dealer promotion events. He started on the production side handling all aspects of print production, purchasing, and execution of account or project-based print jobs. Managed all suppliers, internal team members, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are purchased and executed in a way that ensures quality and competitive pricing while overseeing and executing a high volume of complex projects. Eventually he moved into an Associate Creative Director role providing creative direction and senior-level review for Subaru and Mazda North American operations as well as multiple projects, accounts and new business service marketing accounts. In 2008 he became the Strategic Marketing Creative Director solely for Mazda North America managing all service marketing campaigns and wholesale parts for Mazda U.S. including Dealer Service Marketing while ensuring that all projects remained consistent with brand standards and client-approved strategies throughout the development process. He strives to satisfy client requirements, improving profitability and surpassing critical demands while evaluating objectives and executing solutions efficiently and expeditiously.
Ken earned a Bachelor’s of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University with a Major in Graphic Design and a Minor in advertising. Ken lives in South Lyon with wife Amy, daughter Mckenzie and his American Bulldog “Hoagie”. For fun, he enjoys golfing and just hanging around the neighborhood. He enjoys an occasional family excursion and is also an avid Michigan football fan.
