How to Customize Your E-Blast
Set Up Your Dealer Profile
- Log in to WPP and navigate to the Dealer Profile section from the Main Menu.
- Fill out the Wholesale Department Section, which is critical since this information is used as the “from” address on all emails.
- This setup is a one-time process and requires updates only if changes occur.

Check Your Customer Email Addresses
Monthly emails are sent to active, inactive, and dormant customers with valid email addresses. Navigate to the Manage/View Customers screen and apply the Email Valid Filter (Y/N) to ensure the right customers are included.
- Pro Tier Dealers: Can target both Repair and Body Shop customers.
- Base Tier Dealers: Can target all Repair Shop customers.
Customize Your Coupons or Benefits
- Go to the Mailer Order Setup screen under Marketing → Mailer Order Setup.
- If you don’t see any data populated, click on the filter drop down on the right to select the month
- Review the default marketing theme and associated benefits/coupons for the next month.Customize the messaging or choose different coupons to align with your specific goals.
- Click Preview to see how your e-blast will appear to recipients.
- Submit for Approval: Once satisfied, click Save to finalize your customizations.

Automation Takes Over
WPP will handle the rest, delivering your e-blast automatically to your customer list.
View Analytics
After your email is sent, log back into WPP to access ‘Eblast Responses’ under Main Menu-> Structured Marketing to view campaign effectiveness.
