All customers who have purchased wholesale parts from your dealership are displayed in this portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond this, if there are any shops that you would like to track in the portal but that have not yet purchased from your dealership, you may add them as a&nbsp;<strong>Prospect&nbsp;<\/strong>customer<em>&nbsp;(navigate to the portal menu and select \u201cAdd New Customer\u201d to get started).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What are customer loyalty segments?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The portal automatically classifies customers based on past purchase history. This helps you identify loyal customers as well as customers that may be falling behind in their purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are the four loyalty segments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Active<\/strong>: Customers who have made a purchase in the last <strong>90 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inactive<\/strong>: Customers who purchased between <strong>90-365 days ago<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dormant<\/strong>: Customers who made a purchase more than <strong>365 days ago<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prospect<\/strong>: New customers who have not yet made a purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Manage Customers<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cManage Customers\u201d reporting screen is a database of all customers that your dealership has on file. It includes all customers added via invoice as well as any prospects that you have added manually into the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nitssolutions.com\/wordpress\/wpptraining\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/03\/Manage-Customers-Micro-Module-1024x426.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-239\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customer Information Pop-Up<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Customer Information Pop-Up presents information on a specific customer.
