Add Prospect
Customers > Add Prospect Customers
A Prospect Customer is an account which have not yet purchased from your organization. Add these customers to CRM via the Add Prospect feature. Once a positive invoice is received for this new customer, the Sales Activity will then update from Prospect to Active and could change thereafter depending on purchase behavior.
If you have multiple Prospects to add to the platform at once, feel free to provide a file to our team for a mass upload!
