SMART Maps – Visual Mapping Tool
SMART Maps is a visual mapping tool that allows you to locate all customers and competitors on a map. The multiple search filters are used to narrow down your search of the exact target customers you are looking for.
How can SMART Maps help you?
| Use the drawing map to narrow down customers within a specific geographical area. Create a driving route to one or multiple customers and share directions via email. Use heat maps to help you recognize opportunity by identifying specific areas of high or low market penetration. Create customized SMART Lists and save for future use. |
Navigate to SMART Maps using options below:
- Click Globe Icon on Navigation bar
- Click View Map on MEGA Menu under SMART Maps module
| Advanced Filters: Segment, Customer, Sales, Geography, Flex Fields. Upload customers to map through external file (.txt file with account numbers)Add Competitor Pins on the map (Setup within the Admin Module)View detailed customer information. Use the color-coded customer pins to view exactly where your Active, Inactive, and Prospect accounts are located. |
How to get Customer’s direction/route?
Through this feature, you can get accurate directions for any selected customer.
| Click on colored customer pin (each pin represents a customer based plotted on the map based on their geo location). Once customer is opened, the click on Get Route- The new page opens with full route directions from your Organizations’ location. |
