Manage Flex Fields
The Flex Fields feature allows you to create custom attributes that you can maintain for any given customer. Use this portal function to add, edit and assign flex fields to different customers throughout the platform.
Manage Flex Tags
Creating Flex Tags is also a useful feature in the portal when it comes to categorizing specific customers, this feature will put customers into a specified group to utilize throughout all customer pages within the portal.
SMART Maps/Flex Options
You can preview both your created Flex Fields and Flex tags within the SMART Maps feature of the platform. Both of these filters will include all created Flex Fields and Flex Tags that have been created and will give you a geographical view of where in your are those groupings of customers exist.
